For added UV and weather protection, we recommend using our Deluxe Cover range. Deluxe covers are designed to fit over and around our thermal products, helping protect the thermal set from sun exposure, rain, wind, dirt, and general outdoor weathering.
For the best all-round protection, we recommend combining your chosen thermal products with a suitable Deluxe outer cover. This gives you both thermal performance and weather/UV protection in one complete setup.

Our Thermal Wraps and Deluxe Covers are designed for hot tubs and spas with separate external pump systems.
If your hot tub or spa has a built-in pump, it is essential that you check the location of all air intakes and ventilation points before installing any cover or wrap. The product must not obstruct airflow to the pump or internal components.
Restricted airflow can lead to overheating, reduced performance, or damage to the pump system.
By purchasing and using our Thermal Wrap or Deluxe Cover, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your specific hot tub model. We cannot accept liability for any damage, malfunction, or associated repair costs resulting from restricted airflow or improper use.
Lid Size Information
Our standard lid sizes are designed to fit correctly when used together with Cwtchy Covers thermal wraps/jackets. This allows the lid to sit over the thermal set as intended.
