Fantastic service and great insulation

This has made a huge difference to my electric bill. Already I've gone from losing 1 degree every 2 hours, to 1 degree every 6 hours. And thats in minus temperatures. Great customer service too, answer emails quickly and really helpful too.

Good for up to 12 months

I bought this cover 18mths ago and the heat retention was great and it shed water. However within 12mths, rain water started collecting on top gradually creating deeper wells until the whole top now just fills with water every time it rains. This needs to be bailed out with a bucket before being able to remove the cover. which basically makes the hot tub unusable after rain. The insulation is also wet through so no longer performs.

hot tub cross support

ive had the hot tub lid less than 2 months and now have an issue with one of the cross members slipping out of the central holder despite using plummer tape to aid grip and switching around to try other bars in its position,im looking to get it tig welded perm fix....that said the thermal properties are great..if you find a problem initially with the fit (which i did not) cwtchy are proactive in their service, as they spotted id bought the wrong base thermal and contacted me and also preemptively sent me the correct one...

Great sturdy lid

With the cost of leaving my lazyspa on all of the time , i would empty it when not in use for long periods, the original lid pooled when raining and tore where the original straps where attatched, some rain water got in through the stiching too , this lid has poles to create an arch for rain run off and the problem has now been solved. Its a little costly , but imo well worth it.
